What is PACE?
Pace stands for Property Assessed Clean Energy and is a county approved program that allows homeowners to finance energy efficient upgrades for their home without any down payments or credit needed. It’s quickly become one of the easiest ways to get approved for a much needed home improvement project.

About 80 percent of people who do business with us, use the PACE Program. PACE is currently available in Florida and California and is a county approved program that allows you to get those energy efficient upgrades in a much simpler way.
PACE
In order to use PACE, you must be a homeowner in good standing with mortgage and property taxes paid up to date. Pace projects are paid through your property taxes and does not require credit or a deposit to start your project. To see if you can be approved for this program, book an appointment and we will send a representative to go over your home improvement project and see if you qualify.
APPROVED
Once qualified for the PACE program, all that is left to do is wait for your project to begin. AC’s are installed within 1-2 days, roofs 4-6 weeks, and Impact Windows/Doors 8-10 weeks. No deposit is required and you won’t begin paying for your project until Nov 2021.
